Email encryption specialist Zertificon expands to the UK
Z1 SecureMail Gateway provides policy based email encryption - also in the UK
The demand for security solutions seems to be increasing and the fully owner managed and independent company has been growing consistently. “Despite or because of the current recession is hard to say. But the chances to support UK businesses in email security matters seem very promising right now”, says Zertificon UK country manager, Dr. Burkhard Wiegel.
Zertificon already has a lot of international business with more than 400
Z1 SecureMail installations running worldwide. With the new subsidiary in the UK it is possible to serve at least some of the international customers in their home country. Especially larger and therefore more complex enterprise projects will be easier to manage without travel being an issue. Business partnerships also benefit from a close proximity. The acquisition of distribution and service partners that specialise in email security or PKI projects is yet another main objective for Zertificon's residence in the UK.
One of the first milestones of the Zertificon UK Ltd. is the exhibition at the Infosec London 2012, April 24-26. The company will introduce the latest version of the Z1 SecureMail Gateway, a comprehensive and efficient email encryption and signature solution with various extensions to suit all requirements with or without PKI integration. Then there is Zertificon's Z1 CertServer, a comprehensive and flexible certificate server and management solution. Last but not least, there will be a new product for comfortable, efficient and secure transfer of large files – a preview version will be released just in time for the show.
