(openPR) - Law Firm Relocates Dadeland office to the Downtown Coral Gables Business District

Miami, FL – February 21, 2012 -- Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a full-service national law firm with an emphasis in litigation and corporate and business law, has announced that it will relocate its Dadeland office to 2525 Ponce de Leon – a LEED-Certified Gold, state-of-the-art 12-story, 250,000 square foot mixed-use development located in the heart of the Downtown Coral Gables Business District. Hinshaw & Culbertson has signed a 12-year lease and will occupy the entire fourth floor of the building, which includes 22,416 square feet. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Currently located at 9155 S. Dadeland Blvd., Hinshaw & Culbertson has had a longstanding presence in Miami, having opened its initial office in 1987. It also has had an office in Fort Lauderdale since 1988, and, in total, has approximately 65 lawyers in south Florida. The firm also has offices in Jacksonville and Tampa as well as in 11 other states. The upcoming move is scheduled for March or April of 2012. Approximately 70 employees will be based in Hinshaw’s Coral Gables office, including more than 35 attorneys.

Developed and managed by Hines, 2525 Ponce de Leon is located one block south of Miracle Mile and is part of a mixed-use development, which includes condominiums, retail and a public garden. The Mediterranean-style building, which combines highly efficient floor plates with an elegant yellow exterior, rises 12 stories from the popular retail district below where first-class restaurant, hotel and shopping amenities can be found.
