KeyRocket, Winner of TWiST Startup Competition

Berlin, 21. February 2012 - KeyRocket, a growing force among German technology startups, tied for first place and a free table in the Launch Conference 2012.

TWiST, a televised meetup for young businesses, came to Berlin last week to hear from 19 technology startups. The judges scored each one based on the product idea, pro- gress and business plan. The winner was granted a free $1500 ticket to the conference and demo pit at LAUNCH Festival in San Fransisco, 7 March 2012 - 8 March 2012.

TWiST judges, Jason Calacanis and Tyler Crowley discussed the learning software as “brilliant”. Calacanis, entrepreneur and owner of Weblogs Inc, garaunteed that KeyRocket “will save ten minutes a day, an hour a week,... 50 hours a year.” He continued, “That’s like getting a week of productivity out of everybody. That might be a thousand dollars or two thousand dollars worth of salary!”

LAUNCH Conference will be giving out $369,000 in prizes, featuring over 100 compa- nies. KeyRocket will be featured in the Demo Pit, where 40 never-before-seen technology companies will debut products to lawyers, investors, venture capitalists, head hunters and angels.
