ISO Accreditations are Achieved by ISG technology’s European Support Centre
ISG technology’s European Support Centre (ESC), located in Sofia, Bulgaria, recently achieved ISO9001 and ISO 14001 Certifications. This is the first time ISG technology’s European Support Centre has undergone the accreditation process since opening in 2008. The UK branches of the Company have been accredited with the certifications for 17 years, which guarantees to ISG technology’s customers that all processes are maintained to and above quality standards.After launching the Nearshore based Outsourcing services provided from the European Support Centre, it became extremely important to guarantee consistent high quality processes and services were provided by ISG technology.
By using ISG technology’s Multisourcing solutions, customers benefit from the highly qualified employees and low cost rates. The ISO certification of the European Support Centre ensures that ISG technology’s customers will receive high quality services following the environmental standards.
