(openPR) - S2S IMI Group has appointed Robert Savarese as Director of Global Business Development to help establish and drive the expansion of its new engineering solutions division.

Mr Savarese will play a key role in the formation of S2S IMI Engineering Solutions, helping develop policies, procedures, and the main objectives for marketing and sales of company products and services.

He will also establish key contacts with prime US and European engineering service and technology providers and liaise with engineering service partners, providers, manufacturers and their finance departments.

Mr Savarese will also be responsible for establishing new US offices in New York and Houston.

S2S IMI Group Managing Partner Samir Sunbol said: “Mr Savarese is an expert in the engineering industry and his experience is key to ensuring that the services S2S IMI Engineering Solutions provides meet market requirements.

“He will lead and develop a strategy for S2S IMI Engineering Solutions to ultimately create a new business model for developmental engineering businesses to work successfully within our target markets of the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South America, China and South East Asia.”

Mr Savarese has more than 25 years of sales and business development experience in international process and industrial markets.

He has held several engineering manager, business development and regional management positions with several international engineering firms.

S2S IMI Engineering Solutions helps construction and engineering companies improve their efficiency and grow their business.

It does this by providing access to world class engineers who ensure best practice is followed to give an efficient business with increased profits.

S2S IMI Engineering Solutions also provides advice and helps develop strategic plans and then appoints local partners and service providers to implement and supply engineering services.
