Pantheia Announces New Philanthropic Initiative
Press release from: Pantheia
(openPR) - Bali, Indonesia (January 20, 2012) – Designer Alisa Kreynes of Pantheia, LLC introduced a new charitable campaign for 2012 in which Panthiea will fund jewelrly making, knitting, and weaving classes at a small orphanage in Bali.
“Our philanthropic vision is: To build the foundation for increased opportunity in the lives of disadvantaged Balinese Children”, Kreynes explained. “Pantheia is providing the orphanage with the resources to teach the girls marketable skills in a nurturing and enjoyable fashion.”
“Giving back to the communities where we produce our products is the right thing to do”, said VP Scott Russell. In addition to improving local socio-economic conditions, Pantheia is re-investing in the development of skilled artisans, through increased exposure to traditional craft-related training. “It’s a partnership”, stated Russell. “We realized that if we can bring Pantheia’s and the children’s interests into alignment, we can create a win-win situation and a better, more sustainable future for all of us”.
Building upon the momentum of the current program, Pantheia is already planning to expand its training offerings to include painting, beading, and music classes, both within the current orphanage, and among several other orphanages throughout the island.
Pantheia, LLC is headquartered in Bali, Indonesia and conducts business within North America from the center of the continent in Winnipeg, Canada. For more information, or to get involved in the Pantheia Orphanage Program, please contact Mr. Scott Russell at scott@pantheia.com or at +1 204 688 2876.
