Theory and Application of RF/Microwave Absorbers are Explored in New White Paper
Press release from: Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products
(openPR) - Randolph, MA -- February, 8 2012 -- Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products announces the release of its newest white paper, “Theory and Application of RF/Microwave Absorbers”. This white paper explores the theory and application of microwave absorbers.
Virtually every component of a microwave system uses absorbers. Proper choice of absorber materials is a cost effective way to enhance design. This paper highlights relevant equations for absorber operation and several common applications. It also includes a survey of the different types of absorbers (magnetic, dielectric, foam, elastomer, etc.) as well as a description of absorber test methods.
This white paper is free for download, at www.eccosorb.com under Resource Center.
