Sheehan is a Partner in Thompson & Knight’s Trial Practice Group in Fort Worth. He focuses his practice on the representation of clients in commercial litigation, including general commercial litigation and litigation and disputes involving manufacturers of heavy equipment and machinery, aircraft and aircraft component manufacturers, aircraft support companies, fixed based operators, and aircraft operators in general aviation matters. Sheehan also conducts corporate internal investigations and represents Special Litigation Committees on behalf of major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, and white collar criminal matters.

Sheehan actively is involved in numerous professional organizations including the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Foundation, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Texas Bar Foundation, and the Eldon B.
