Positioned among the top three in the ‘value for money’ user rating dimension

The report states that the greatest strength of Newgen’s BPM suite is its ability to support content-heavy processes. It goes on to point out two other distinct aspects of Newgen’s BPM suite – its long history of working with SAP applications and its professional services arm.
The report highlights the unique qualities of the suite like its flexibility, scalability and global business readiness, . The report also made special mention of two elements of the suite’s roadmap namely Cloud-hosted BPM and Case Management.
