Covertix Secures Strategic Investment from ComSec Innovations
Investment to expand Covertix global sales reach

Even Yehuda, Israel (January 30, 2012) – Covertix, an innovative provider of Information Rights Management (IRM) solutions for sensitive data file-level protection and control, today announced that the company has secured strategic investment from Comsec Innovation.

Comsec Innovation is the investment arm of Comsec Group, a leading global provider of information security and risk management services for all market sectors. Comsec Innovation is focused on identifying and investing in new technology companies with innovative solutions dedicated to the cyber world. The investment in Covertix is the first in a series of investments that Comsec Innovation is planning for 2012.
