The firm was founded in 1988 by Ephraim Chakuzuza Mbodza and initially provided accounting, taxation, secretarial and general business consultancy. In 2006 the firm obtained an audit licence through one of its partners and commenced provision of both external and internal audit services. Currently the firm has two licensed principals supported by 36 professional and administrative staff.

Clients include international NGOs, manufacturers and retailers, real estate agencies and insurance companies.
