Orium launches new e-fulfillment website
Press release from: Orium
PR Agency: Open2America
(openPR) - Seiches Sur le Loir, France – Orium, the e-fulfillment and multilingual contact center specialist, has just launched a new website dedicated to American e-commerce and multichannel retailers seeking Internet sales opportunities in Europe. The new site will facilitate exchanges with U.S. clients, making access to inventory and customer service solutions simple and straightforward.
Orium was founded to provide e-fulfillment, shipping and customer service needs to a growing e-commerce market. Today Orium has a fully integrated network of logistics platforms across 10 sites in Europe, offering scalable solutions to merchants and e-merchants across the globe. Orium’s international footprint and multiple distribution sites enable customers to receive their orders as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible.
The biggest barriers for U.S. retailers implementing a successful expansion strategy is a cost-effective solution to distribute orders to customers while assuring the same level of service end-customers would expect from a local retailer. Shipping represents a substantial cost for retailers in direct to consumer delivery. By bringing inventory closer to the last mile, cost of shipping is reduced and quality of service improved.
Orium answers these needs, providing U.S. e-retailers with a solution to store inventory and product delivery. In addition, Orium offers localized customer relations through phone calls, e-mail and live chat, in each local language. The company is also able to support U.S. clients with payment issues, SEO and website translation when targeting new markets.
"The launch of our new website marks the global trend towards cross border commerce. The Internet has broken down many of the boundaries associated with international retail, but selling cross border requires the right preparation and support of local partners to make the expansion strategy a success. Our service offering is designed to make European expansion seamless for U.S. companies who share our values of cost-effective delivery and quality customer service," shares Olivier Moreau, CEO at Orium.
Traditionally the U.K., France and Germany have attracted U.S. companies, as these countries make up 70% of the European market according to the IMRG (the UK online retail association). Now, U.S. companies are equally as interested in emerging e-commerce markets such as Spain, Italy and Eastern European countries such as Poland, which offer enticing double figure e-commerce growth statistics. Orium is positioned to accompany U.S. clients through scalable programs in their region of choice.
