Suara promotes collaborative work through Business Process Management

Suara Cooperative used technology Polymita to redesign its information and communication systems' architecture to align their corporate strategy with their operations in order to efficiently manage their resources.

Due to the large growth of Suara in 2010, with a turnover of 41 million Euros (18 per cent higher than in 2009) 1.618 jobs and care given to more than 16,000 people in 15 districts, the cooperative has bet on Polymita for its renovation and redesign in technology. The system focuses on the implementation of a business process management platform that acts as a catalyst between processes, people, systems and how they work, and its policy of quality and continuous improvement.
