Thompson & Knight Expands Real Estate and Banking Practice

(openPR) - Houston (January 12, 2012) – The global law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce that Lewis S. Kasner has joined the Firm as an Associate in its Real Estate and Banking Practice Group in Houston.
“We are excited that Lewis has joined the Firm and look forward to working with him,” says Andrew A. Ingrum, the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group Leader. “His knowledge of a vast range of real estate issues is a welcome addition to our practice.”
Kasner focuses his practice on real estate and banking matters, including the representation of owners and managers of office buildings, shopping centers, and apartment communities in all aspects of their business. He also represents financial institutions in connection with their real estate and personal property secured financings. Kasner received a J.D., magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 2005 and a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002. He joins Thompson & Knight from Hoover Slovacek LLP in Houston.
