The legacy of Blood Donation continues at Earth Infra

Press release from: Earth Infrastructurs Limited
Donate Blood and Save Life
Donate Blood and Save Life
Inspiring is the response of our employees in making the 2nd Blood Donation Camp a grand success. Mr. Avdhesh Goel and Mr. Rajnish Mittal, the Directors of Earth Infrastructures Limited inaugurated the camp and participated by being a part of the noble cause. What else could have been a true cause than blood donation is the reverberating feeling of all our Earthians after participating in the Lions Club conducted camp on 22nd December,2011 at Naraina office. If we look at the ideology behind this CSR activity of Earth Infra, many great lessons of humanity stand clear. The primary aspect is that "donating blood is saving life". Next comes 'Contribution to the common welfare of the society'. Someone somewhere will be getting life because of timely supply of blood. And you will be helped in the same way by some unknown person when you or your family is in need. We really believe that Donating Blood once in every 3 months is a noble gesture that has no substitute.

It is important to keep abreast of a few basic facts in support of Blood Donation.

1. If you don't donate blood, you don't gain anything but someone somewhere looses the precious life.

2. After donating blood, you feel a bit drowsy only for a few minutes and the body replenishes the donated blood in a matter of 7 days.

3. Everyone who is healthy and above 17 years can donate blood.

4. If you don't start today, you will lose your precious opportunity as you can donate only for a limited number of times in your life span.

5. All over the world, 5 persons lose life for want of blood on time.

6. India is the nation in which the largest number of death cases happen for want of blood.

7. The hall mark is that IF ALL OUR INDIANS DONATE BLOOD REGULARLY< THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SUCH DEATHS ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD.

Hope this message spirits you to be a responsible human being contributing to the common welfare of all.
