About the Presenter: Misty Boachie received a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Georgia, prior to completing a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Columbus Regional Healthcare System, also in Georgia. In her current role, she has established and advanced various clinical programs including a pharmacokinetics consultation service, renal dosing, IV-to-PO conversion, anticoagulant monitoring, and antimicrobial surveillance.
