Worldhotels signs cooperation agreement with Serenata

Serenata IntraWare GmbH
By implementing the e-marketing solution Serenata @mail, Worldhotels properties will gain substantial competitive advantages.

Frankfurt/München December 2011: Worldhotels, a worldwide leading hotel group for independent hotels and regional hotel chains with currently nearly 500 hotels, and Serenata IntraWare GmbH, international provider of e-marketing and CRM solutions for the hotel industry, have signed a cooperation agreement for Serenata @mail.
With Serenata @mail, hotels can send their entire guest correspondence per email straight out of their Property Management System. The basis for this are professionally designed HTML documents that bear the hotel message and branding and are completely personalized to the respective guest. This enables dynamic reservation confirmations, pre-arrival offers with upgrade function and post-stay emails with built-in guest feedback management.
The web-based email templates allow the linking of images, links, downloads and social media sites to offer a lively and interactive content to the guest and provide an enhanced hotel experience. Inviting pictures and corresponding links promote the amenities of the hotel and so invite the guest to make more use of the offer. With Serenata @mail, hotels can sustainably increase their competitiveness and revenue potential. The active cooperation between Worldhotels and Serenata allows for an especially tight integration with the existing IT systems. Contrary to other products on the market, Serenata @mail does not require additional interfaces to the PMS or CRS. This means that Worldhotels’ properties can use the Serenata e-marketing solution with very favorable conditions.
By additionally integrating social media sites, the system provides access to the marketing channels of the future and actively involves the guest in the communication.
A whole series of renowned Worldhotels’ regional groups and individual hotels is already using Serenata @mail successfully. For instance, Madison Hotel, Fleming’s Hotels, Habtoor Hotels, One World Hotel and the Allegro Hotel Bern.
