Netlaw Media continues to drive opportunity within the legal sector by registering over 350 members for its Partners Club networking group.
Press release from: Netlaw Media
London’s Netlaw Media has once again shown that any business with vision, initiative and drive can rise above the financial situation which is continuing to weaken the European economy.
In a year which saw reduced profits and ongoing redundancies at many law firms within the UK legal sector, Netlaw Media decided more needed to be done to assist the Legal sector and on the 1st July 2011, Netlaw Media’s networking and referral group ‘Partners Club’ was born.
“From the minute we launched Partners Club, we knew we had something unique” said Gary Stefano, of Netlaw Media. “Originally our target was to register 100 senior representatives for the first networking event on the 15th September 2011, however after 7 weeks and very little advertising, we needed to remove all event notices after we received over 220 applications. Following the success of the initial networking event, word of the club continued to circulate within the sector and in less than 5 months from the date of launch, we have now registered over 350 management level members from over 240 law firms, barristers’ chambers and corporate legal departments”.
“The concept of Partners Club is quite distinctive” continued Stefano. “We not only devised a platform for senior level networking and relationship building, but we have created an opportunity for law firms and individuals to refer work and gain new contracts in a time when law firms need to sustain profitability.
Following the first networking event, we have now constructed an advisory panel to assist with the direction of the club and with new member registrations flooding in on a daily basis, we are now well on the way to creating the largest legal networking and referral group in Europe”.
The next Partners Club networking event is scheduled to take place on the 2nd February 2012 at Haberdashers Hall in London where over 300 members from the legal sector will gather for an evening of wines, canapés, networking and music.
Partners Club networking events are free to attend and offer an exclusive opportunity to network and build relationships with like-minded professionals at unique venues & locations throughout London and the UK. Members are also offered a range of social and educational events as well as exclusive access to information and discounts offered by the clubs sponsors.
