Terri Ayers of the University Parkway office received the “Rising Star” award for her demonstration and desire to increase her knowledge and participation on a local and state level.


Barry Grooms of the Anna Maria Island office was awarded the “2011 Humanitarian” award for freely giving his time and talents to many organizations and his “hands on” involvement with specific causes.


Sharon Villars of the Anna Maria Island office received the 2011 “Entrepreneur of the Year” award, which recognizes members who fully exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and real estate industry leaders who share their time, talent and expertise with others in the profession and in the community.


Marie Avery of the University Parkway office, who served as the 2009 Past Florida State President, was named “Member of the Year” for her support, involvement and dedication to the local, state and national chapter activities and the real estate profession.


Sherry Richardson of the Manatee Avenue office received the “Mentor of the Year” award for her outstanding support, guidance, knowledge and positive influence.
