Paragon Software plans to start the operation of the new company in July, 2007.

“At the moment we are eager to serve increasing number of customers requests both for our imaging technology and for our boxed products. They are interested in our Flagship products Partition Manager and Drive Backup – one of few really Vista™ Compatible products on the market.
