STAR Servicios Lingüísticos passes its quality audit with flying colours

(openPR) - Three years after its last certification to the international quality standards ISO 9001:2008 (Quality management system) and EN-15038:2006 (Translation services), STAR Servicios Lingüísticos was again certified to both standards on 17.11.2011. European Quality Assurance Spain (EQA) carried out the quality audit over a period of two days.
STAR Servicios Lingüísticos' team passed the audit with flying colours, without a single issue, and had every right to feel pleased with the praise it received from the auditor.
“Our quality management system is more than simply a means to pass the audit or to achieve a quality mark, we see it as an essential tool in managing the business. It has become a permanent part of our business culture and every day helps us to keep an eye on the quality of our service and to continually improve it,” says Elena Alfaro, Production Manager and Quality Manager in the company.
