(openPR) - Long-term Agreement Sets New Framework for Cooperation in Finnish IT Marketplace Helsinki, Finland – May 8, 2007 - A long-term cooperation agreement has been signed by Arcadia, Inc. The agreement covers cooperation in software development and maintenance projects.
