Dan Regard of iDiscovery Solutions to Speak at Georgetown eDiscovery Event

Regard will speak on the topic of “Statistics and Sampling for Lawyers: How to Apply a Well-Accepted Methodology in the World of eDiscovery.”

“The session we're presenting this year is particularly timely,” said Regard. “There's been a lot of interest in applied statistics within the field of e-Discovery and with good reason. The biggest challenge in using statistics is understanding a few key concepts and applying them correctly. The goal of our panel presentation is to arm the audience with these tools, while demystifying this traditionally intimidating subject.”

The session will be moderated by Hon. James Francis and also includes Gene Eames, Herbert Roitblat and David Tabak as panelists.

The 8th Annual Advanced eDiscovery Institute takes place Thursday, November 17 and Friday, November 18, 2011 at the Ritz-Carlton in Arlington, VA.
