The Aptio for the Next seminar will provide a close look at the UEFI standards at the core of AMI’s Aptio® UEFI Firmware, with a specific focus on how the UEFI standards are interconnected with the next generation of operating systems. The latest version of Aptio, version 4.6.5.1, complies fully with the latest UEFI specifications, UEFI 2.3.1 and PI 1.2, making the advanced features of the UEFI specification such as Secure Boot for enhanced platform security and pre-boot touch support available to manufacturers.

Thought-leaders in UEFI, security and pre-boot applications from AMI and Intel will bring their years of experience working with UEFI and personal insight on the development of the next generation of hardware, firmware and operating systems to make this a lively and informative event.
