It is an established fact that Clinical Research Industry is considered multibillion dollar industry and there can be no 'Recession' for the rapidly increasing dreadful diseases that cause high mortality and morbidity in almost every region of the World,irrespective any global economic slowdown/recession. Guidelines for conducting Biomedical Research and Regulations of DCGI ( Drug Control General of India,www.cdsco.nic.in)which means he/she must ensure safety and well being of Clinical Trial Subjects by strict adherence to GCP ( Good Clinical Practices) apart from ICH ( International Conference on Harmonisation),WHO ( World Health Organisation),NIH ( National Institutes of Health) etc Guidelines ( which ever applicable) and Guidelines and Regulations of various International Regulatory Authorities if needed by the Clinical Trial Sponsor.Every Job seeker in the Clinical Research arena must also be aware that he/she must possess excellent communication skills ( both written and verbal),must be a team player, apart from being sincere,hardworking,punctual,committed,loyal etc.Above all,every prospectve trainee must be aware of heavy competition that exists as the candidates who have undergone Training at any of the 100+ Training Institutes/Companies in India will be strong contenders for the existing vacancies in any part of the country.
