RateTiger adds enhanced intelligence reporting

London, 17 October, 2011: RateTiger has released RTSuite Version 2.8 featuring a greatly enhanced Reservation Report and the integration of its award-winning innovation – StrategyEngine, into its comprehensive full service channel management product. The combination of Reservation Reporting, Strategy Engine, Channel Management and Shopping will make RTSuite a complete control center giving hotels utmost visibility of each sales channel performance.
With the fast paced growth of online bookings, hoteliers need to have direct access to enhanced reservation data at the time bookings are made by guests. This will allow for the optimization of inventory distribution and yielding. The meteoric rise of social media, mobile technology, flash sales sites and the shortening booking window, has made it essential that hoteliers are aware of reservations when they occur from each connected channel in order to react with immediate price or inventory adjustments.

Reservation Report provides a multitude of different views on bookings to ensure analyzing trends becomes simple. With interfaces to the various RateTiger modules as well as external systems like PMS or CRS the process of inventory, rate composition and rate update can be fully automated removing human error and time commitment.

Further the StrategyEngine integration into RTSuite aims at helping hoteliers better optimise room rates with fully automated rate calculation based on chosen advanced pricing or positioning strategies and competitors’ rates.

For existing RateTiger customers subscribed to Extranet Report, Reservation Report will be a free of charge automatic update.
