(openPR) - Since 1998, IXXAT has been active in the area of industrial and automotive data communications in the French market, supported by its distributor I.S.I.T.

With its new subsidiary IXXAT S.A.R.L. in Paris, IXXAT is now reacting con-sistently to the growing demand for products and services in the French-speaking region. As of October 1, IXXAT S.A.R.L. will start operations, with a focus on the automotive, CAN hardware, OEM hardware, and embedded system solutions areas, and particularly on on-site assistance of our key accounts, as well as providing support to our local distributor I.S.I.T.

Management of sales will be handled by Frédéric Astier. With over 10 years of experience in the sales of products and solutions for data communications in industrial and automotive systems, ultimately as key account manager for a well-known supplier of automotive communications solutions and tools, Frédéric Astier will now continue to expand IXXAT's presence in both the product and services areas in France.

IXXAT Automation is a leading provider of data communication products and services for the automation and automotive industries.
