(openPR) - DALLAS – Attorney Jeff Rasansky again has been honored as one of the city’s top lawyers, earning a spot on D Magazine’s listing of the 2007 Best Lawyers in Dallas.

This marks the second time Mr. Rasansky has been included among the publication’s listing of Dallas’ best attorneys. He also was previously named to D Magazine’s list of the city’s best young lawyers.

To compile its prestigious list, D Magazine editors conducted a citywide search in which lawyers were asked to name those attorneys whose work they most admire. A blue ribbon panel of lawyers then joined the magazine’s Executive Editor in finalizing the list of Dallas’ top attorneys.

“It is very gratifying to be selected by the attorneys who I work with and against,” says Mr. Rasansky, founder of Dallas’ The Rasansky Law Firm. “We work hard for our clients, and they are the real reason our firm has been able to succeed over the years.”

This year’s list will appear in the May issue of D Magazine, and will be available on the publication’s Web site, www.dmagazine.com, throughout the year.

Earning honors is nothing new for Mr. Rasansky. Texas Monthly magazine has named him a Texas Super Lawyer each of the past four years, and Texas Lawyer newspaper named him to its “40 Under 40” list of top young lawyers in the state. Earlier this year, he was named one of the 500 Leading Plaintiffs’ Attorneys in America by Lawdragon, a quarterly publication and online guide to the country’s top lawyers.

After earning his law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1990, Mr. Rasansky joined a downtown Dallas firm where he learned the legal tactics used by large insurance companies, hospitals and nursing homes. In 1994, he formed The Rasansky Law Firm. Since then, his firm exclusively has represented individuals in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, products liability, overtime pay, and serious vehicle accidents.
