Output Management – The latest Prime Force addition in Switzerland

Output Management Systems are used for a controlled distribution of documents to employees and clients through different channels, e.g. electronically or as papers. Sounds easy, but isn’t for many companies. The biggest challenges for modern Output Management Systems are the implementation of a consistent Corporate Design for all printed and digital documents as well as the integration in existing IT infrastructures and adaption to the client’s actual needs. Those systems should be able to manage all kinds of documents regardless whether they come from mainframe computers, decentralised applications or Office Systems.

Rico Metzger, Business Unit Manager Output Management, has years of experience in executing such projects, his main focus is “definitely on the integration of Output Management solutions in existing infrastructures. The second focus is on the execution of projects in the Java Enterprise Area.” He is interested „in finding practical and technically elaborated solutions for complex system architectures and finally implementing them.”
