Focus Softnet Acquires Stake in Insta Health Solutions

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 18, 2011: Following its partnership agreement with Insta Health Solutions Private Limited last year, Focus Softnet is further expanding the scope of its healthcare IT solutions business in the region by acquiring a stake in the Banglore-based healthcare IT Company. The new investment is expected to strengthen Focus Softnet’s product portfolio, thereby allowing Insta Healthcare Management System (HMS) to become an integral part of the Focus product line. The new relationship will also allow Focus Softnet to have a better influence over the development of customer centric solutions.

“At Focus Softnet, we have been continually looking to expand our vertical specific solutions portfolio. We began with the educational sector, wherein we developed our own education vertical solution called Focus ARMS.
