Mumbai, September 8, 2011: On the occasion of Teachers Day, Higher Education Forum (HEF)-a voluntary non-profit group of individuals, passionate about bringing reforms in higher education felicitated some of the renowned teachers of higher education. Prof. Dr. Uday Salunkhe, Group Director, Welingkar Institute of Management has been awarded under a special category of Global Leadership considering his immense contribution to create a global higher educational institution in India.
Renowned mentors such as Prof. A K Sengupta-HEF, Dr. Kondap-NMIMS, Dr.R.Natrajan, Spiritual Guru Jaya Row - Vedanta, Prof. Y K Bhushan and Dr. Indu Sahani – HR College were the chief guests who felicitated the awardees.

I am extremely honored by being associated with this profession of teaching from past several years.”
