FDM Group shortlisted in two categories of BCS & Computing IT Industry Awards

International IT services provider, FDM Group, has received recognition for its phenomenal achievements once again by being shortlisted for the BCS & Computing Magazine UK IT Industry Awards.

The annual Awards are the benchmark for excellence throughout the IT industry and FDM is thrilled to have been chosen as a finalist in the categories of IT Employer of the Year and IT Supplier of the Year.

FDM Group CEO, Rod Flavell, said, “Being shortlisted for such prestigious national awards is a real sign of our expanding presence within the industry and marks a period of phenomenal growth for us.”

The company was awarded the title of the “11th fastest growing company in Europe” last year and has extended its service delivery across Europe, Asia and the US in recent years following huge client demand from the company’s 200 blue-chip clients.

FDM has also supported IT graduates for over 20 years by offering a unique combination of industry centred training and real commercial experience through its two-year graduate programme.

The SME has launched the IT careers of over 3,000 graduates to date and is proud to be recruiting more IT graduates than any other company this year, by employing 1,000 university leavers.

FDM is up against major competitors such as Dell, IBM and Accenture within the two categories of the awards, which the company feels is a major accomplishment in itself.
