Decatur, AL – August 8, 2011– 3-GIS, an Alabama based GIS software development company, is pleased to announce David Stoner has been promoted to Product Development Manager.

David Stoner will assume the daily role and responsibility of executing the 3-GIS roadmap and ensuring that 3-GIS remain on schedule with the highest quality products. David will receive roadmap direction from Product Manager and Chief Technical Officer Tommy Siniard, to ensure market needs are being anticipated and met. Recently, as Senior Solution Consultant, David has been providing detailed product demonstrations and delivery for 3-GIS and has traveled around the world deploying 3-GIS solutions for telecommunication and utility companies from Trinidad and Tobago to Madrid Spain and all across the United States. His passion and expertise in communicating the needs of the clients and converting those needs into valuable functional deliverables makes David the perfect person for the job.
