Berg and BarVision Announce Strategic Partnership

Berg and BarVision to participate in a Global Partnership for Sales and Distribution.
Madison, WI., and Scottsdale, AZ — July 7, 2011 — Berg Controls and BarVision, today announced that they have forged a strategic partnership for Sales and Marketing of BarVisions Free Pour Wireless Spouts to dealers around the world. The Free Pour Wireless Spouts combines the elegance of minimal interference for bars and easy to maintain for bartenders while providing the kind of in depth reporting and tracking that Berg Clients have relied upon for the past 45 years.


As part of the partnership, the two companies plan to offer all Berg clients around the world access to the BarVision system through their Berg Dealers. The two companies aim to help restaurants, bars and night clubs deploy the BarVision Wireless System starting in July 2011. The goal is to establish a complete global sales force by 2012 that will provide support to clients around the world.
