(openPR) - Pfäffikon, July 21, 2011 – Release 5 of the System Management application syslink Xandria is published today and provides a bunch of great new features, while it keeps its main focus on the monitoring of SAP solutions.

The new Business Services allow the mapping and monitoring of IT services across system and even customer boundaries. They provide correlated and aggregated views of the monitoring data that are most relevant for a seamless SAP operation business.

Customers of external and internal IT service providers now have a simple view on the quality of the received services, while service operators still have all the technical details in sight

On the other hand users can correlate monitoring results or defer there evaluation on a per-system level using exactly the same functions, so the whole monitoring process can be adjusted even better to the requirements of an operation business.

In order to create Business Services effortlessly the syslink software AG has added a powerful but easy-to-use Business Service Designer to the web-based user interface of the product.

And finally syslink Xandria 5 provides higher scalability in large-scale SAP and database environments than previous versions, there is a new context-sensitive online documentation, and the communication protocol has been moved the HTTPS standard.
