Yingde Gases goes live with Siveco Smart O&M solution

On May 31, a ceremony was held with top managers of Yingde Gases to mark the official "Go Live" of Coswin 8i on the Changshu pilot site.

Yingde Gases Group (Yingde Gases), founded in 2001, is one of the leading companies engaged in on-site gas production and liquid supply. Main products include: industrial gases of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and hydrogen, which mainly provide products and services to enterprises of the iron and steel, chemical, non-ferrous metals, electronics and energy industries. Yingde Gases has invested and constructed nearly 100 air separation units across mainland China, forming a guaranteed production supply net with around 200km mean interval.

In line with internationally advanced standards, the EMM (as the Smart O&M system is known internally) establishes a technical database covering equipment, spare parts, fault diagnosis information, etc., which supports maintenance and technical analysis in improving operational safety and reliability.

The implementation of the system is the key to strengthen operation safety and reliability, which is also be a milestone of Yingde Gases towards informationization and standardization, reaching the industry's advanced level.

From June to September, the EMM system will be launched in the other four pilot plants and will be quickly spread to the remaining air separation unit plants during the year.
