The Learning Center was launched in February 2007 by AbdulJaami, PLLC, a law firm that advises on small business finance transactions in the Americas. "We enjoy working with successful small businesses and focus on solving our clients' business problems," said AbdulJaami, PLLC's managing member, Saboor H. AbdulJaami.
The Learning Center features articles and presentations about topics ranging from minority shareholders and director duties/liabilities to using working capital finance to smooth cash flow. Mr. AbdulJaami noted that, "entrepreneurs and business owners love to visit and download. That's probably because they indirectly benefit from work we've done for our clients, and that's fine with me."
The Learning Center is currently free and open to the public. "We will eventually limit access to clients and registered prospective clients, once we add audio and video content," explained Mr. AbdulJaami.
