(openPR) - FDM Group picked up the award for ‘International Impact Management Team of the Year’ in the South East region at the British Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (BVCA) Portfolio Company Awards ceremony last night.

The event is an annual celebration of the industry and its star performers and is designed to recognise the positive impact of private equity and venture capital-backed companies. The awards aim to recognise the achievements of the management teams that create, nurture and lead them.

FDM Group scooped the prestigious award due to the leadership demonstrated by its management team in unlocking the value and contributing to the development and success of the businesses on an international scale.

The event was attended by FDM’s Board of Directors who celebrated the company’s achievements at the exclusive awards ceremony at One Marylebone in London on Thursday 30th June 2011.
