(openPR) - The New York City Social Sports Club (“NYCSSC”) is here to melt the ice in NYC with two Dodgeball leagues, one Broomball league, and several exciting events. This fun community of young New Yorkers keeps active over friendly social sports games and post game drinks at hot watering holes in Manhattan. This season’s sports include Dodgeball on the Upper East Side and in SoHo, and indoor Broomball in Chinatown. Also included are post-game bar specials and invitations to various social events throughout the season such as the upcoming Spring Fever Flip Cup Tournament on April 14 or the 80’s Prom in June. These atypical events and the adventurous league community allow the NYCSSC to rejuvenate social horizons. Participants can either join a team or register a team of their own.

Note*: The April 14th flip cup event is the launch of the New York City Flip Cup League. The league will be held on a monthly basis on the second Saturday of every month, and will benefit various charities. The launch on April 14th will benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, and is co- sponsored by the NYCSSC.
REGISTRATION: Registration is now open for all social sports and is available for individuals, small groups, and teams of 10-14. It includes all game equipment, courts, refs, team t-shirts, and access to beer specials at NYCSSC sponsor bars.

NYCSSC is celebrating its second year of making New York City a friendlier place to live! A top social sports club in New York City, it differentiates itself by offering adult players a relaxed co-ed recreational environment.
