(openPR) - Atlanta, GA – April 9, 2007 – 1031 Interview has just launched their new event portal; designed to give investors and brokers a list of a events occurring throughout the world regarding the 1031 exchange tenant in common industry. 1031 Interview was created to increase knowledge and promote the value of 1031 exchange properties on the web without the hassle of dealing with a broker.
The new event portal allows any investor or broker to sign up with 1031 Interview and post any events related to the industry. Once a user is logged in to the website, he or she can create, edit or delete an event at their convenience. Each event is checked by the 1031 Interview support team to validate the content and appropriateness for the website.

1031 Interview is loaded with other functionality that give investors and brokers access to a wealth of information regarding 1031 exchanges. The dynamic forum allows advisors, investors and brokers to have conversations and share information. The search option allows users to input keywords to search through 1031 Interview’s database and possibly find answers to the questions they have. Now, with the event portal, users of the website can view popular seminars or conventions occurring in his or her area or around the world.

The first phase of the event portal has been completed, but there are more features being beta tested. Coming soon to www.1031interview.com will be an online web meeting section so visitors can always stay on top of the most current information about 1031 exchange tenant in common properties. These features are planned for July, 2007.
