Test data management vendor, Grid-Tools, recruits to meet the demands of its increasing client base

Press release from: Grid-Tools Ltd

For Grid-Tools 2010 was their most successful year to date. Their thoughtful and detailed sales and marketing strategy delivered an increase in client base across the globe. Over the years Grid-Tools have built strategic partnerships with third party companies representing their test data management software solutions worldwide, however the increasing demand for their signature software Datamaker™ has resulted in the need for more resources in-house to manage the increased business and facilitate further expansion.

Amidst growing demand for their data creation and data masking solutions Grid-Tools set out to expand their team across their offices in UK, USA and India. Part of their business strategy is to ensure the provision of personal support services for their clients, a benefit of small company practice that they are eager to maintain despite their rapid expansion. Following 12 months of recruitment and vigorous interview processes for technical developers, pre-sales, sales and marketing departments Grid-Tools are pleased to announce that they have grown their fully trained internal personnel by 130%.

The most recent addition to the marketing team, Jo Wright, commented; “this is a very exciting time to join the Grid-Tools team. They have experienced unprecedented growth in recent years, in particular over the last 12 months and I am privileged to be at the forefront of a company with a one-of-a-kind tool so powerful that they are capable of rivalling software companies more than 100 times their size.”

Jo goes onto explain; “In previous years it appears to have been almost acceptable for companies to use live data in their test and development environments, acceptable because the laws restricting such processes have not been heavily enforced; however with the growth in high profile data breaches comes costly fines and severely damaged reputations, hence the increased demand for quality test data.” Enter Grid-Tools.

Grid-Tools’ General Manager and Commercial Director Richard Groves is delighted with the recent additions to the team; “The quality of our personnel directly reflects the quality of our products. Our signature software is a very intricate piece of intelligent engineering that requires a lot of technical no-how from our support staff. We are more than satisfied that we have recruited only the most savvy and dedicated personnel to meet the needs of our ever expanding client base.”

Grid-Tools plan to invest further in the reputation and integrity of its personnel with future marketing campaigns specifically focusing on promoting the value of its customer care.
