Berlin, 8 June 2011 – With its new 3D monitor e2352Phz, display specialist AOC brings action up close and personal. Thanks to its lifelike 3D rendering, the 58.5 cm/23″ model with the latest LED backlight technology makes users feel like they are right in the middle of the experience. Run in 2D mode, the timelessly designed widescreen display is just as well equipped for the office or home office. Due to its fast response time and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) it is also ideally suited for movies and gaming. Very good contrast and brightness values (300 cd/m²) provide an excellent image quality in any mode.

The perfect entertainer
As soon as the 3D setting is switched on, the action in 3D videos and games is within the user’s grasp. Using polarising glasses, users experience the thrill of spatial depth. Even the most fast-paced action scenes are rendered smoothly by the e2352Phz thanks to its quick response time of five milliseconds. High resolution content is received by the Full HD monitor via an HDCP compatible HDMI input.

Convenient at the office
The e2352Phz also gives an excellent performance in 2D mode and therefore is not only suitable for entertainment, but also for workplaces at home or in the office. Its large display area easily provides enough space for complex tables and double-page texts.

Focus on the environment
Resource-efficiency is of high importance at AOC. All monitors are manufactured entirely mercury-free and the economical product packaging is 100 % recyclable. Thanks to the electricity-saving LED backlight technology current environmental standards are fulfilled.

The e2352Phz will be available from the middle of July 2011, the suggested retail price is £259.
