Matrox Extio F2408 KVM extender driving four displays

See the possibilities for innovation and enhanced performance with the Matrox Extio 2 Series

Montreal, Canada, June 2, 2011 — Matrox Graphics is a proud contributing sponsor of HUG 2011, and will feature the Extio F2408 remote graphics unit (RGU)—a next-generation, high-performance quad-display KVM optical extender that is specifically designed for industries requiring stable, reliable, and scalable graphics. The Matrox Extio technology enables control room operators to run Honeywell applications on multiple monitors at display resolutions up to 2560x1600 per remote monitor, allowing for uncompromised workstation performance while the computer workstation is secured in a separate location. The RGU is connected to a PCIe bus interface card installed in the operator workstation by either a single- or multi-mode fiber optic cable at distances up to 1 km, while its fanless design ensures high MTBF and noise-free operation. At HUG 2011 booth #T-50, the Matrox Extio F2408 will drive a 4-montior (2x2) 8 million pixel desktop. Honeywell users interested in remote graphics and KVM extension technology should not miss this demonstration.

When:
Sunday, June 12 – Thursday, June 16, 2011

Where:
Booth #T-50
JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa
5350 East Marriott Drive
