Hubbard as Chief Operating Officer and Steve G. Vogel as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Both will be reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Boris Anderer.

Hubbard brings an impressive track record of creating revenue growth for vendors within the IT and storage networking industry. His twenty-five year career includes executive management roles at Radware (President-Americas for IP switching solutions), Qlogic (VP/GM of their SAN switching division), Inrange/Computerm (Sr. VP Sales & Marketing of their remote data mirroring business), Computer Network Technology (Sr. Director Marketing) and Digital Equipment Corporation. He will be responsible for the marketing, product management, business development, sales, and technical services operations of RELDATA. Hubbard will work closely with Kirill Malkin, Chief Technology Officer and EVP Engineering.

Vogel, a CPA and Attorney, brings a strong financial and administrative background to RELDATA with more than 10 years of CFO experience at both public and privately held technology companies. Most recently he served as CFO and senior VP of finance at Chordiant Software (NASDAQ:CHRD) where he led the company to its first two quarters of profitability. His former executive positions included CFO, general counsel and VP Finance at Tessera, iLogistics, Microbank, and Transform Logic. Vogel will be responsible for RELDATA’s finance, legal, administrative and human resources functions.
