Stadium Drive New Home to Long Awaited YMCA
Nashua, NH, May 21, 2011: The YMCA of Greater Nashua, a charitable not-for-profit community active health center for children and adults is pleased to announce its moving to a new location! The Grand Opening ceremony will take place on Saturday May 21st at 24 Stadium drive in Nashua. The YMCA’s mission is to improve and support the community’s health and spirit by nurturing the potential of children and teens.
“Building a modernized YMCA has been a goal for us for a long time, seeing it finally come to life is beyond rewarding for the organization as well as the community” said Michael LaChance, CEO of YMCA Nashua. “The Greater Nashua community will enjoy the benefits of a very valuable area organization.
The new YMCA features a 6 lane lap swimming pool; a family pool complete with a water slide; an indoor outdoor playground; a family and special needs changing area; brand new strength and cardio equipment complete with touch screen technology; two studios for group exercise, martial arts, and dance; social areas near the fireplace; and so much more!
