Medical Specialties Degree with Radiography Emphasis Offered by California College San Diego

The Associate of Occupational Studies in Medical Specialties with a Radiography emphasis is designed for individuals interested in a career in medical assistance.
In the program, students develop specialized skills in medical coding and billing as well as laboratory procedures, with courses in medical billing, medical records and communication, professional medical coding, medical laboratory procedures, and more.
Students interested in pursuing a career in radiography, which includes taking medical images to be used for diagnostic purposes, can take courses such as Introduction to Radiography, Extremity & Digital Radiography, and more.
