Al Dumas Named No. 1 RE/MAX Agent in Florida, REO Powerhouse Recognized at Recent Awards Ceremony

RE/MAX Alliance Group associate Al Dumas has been recognized as the top RE/MAX agent in Florida, placing first in 2010 transactions among more than 2,500 agents statewide. Dumas and his team were responsible for 537 transactions and more than $50 million in sales volume in 2010.

Dumas was recognized at a RE/MAX Alliance Group awards breakfast held in April. A residential real estate agent for 30 years, he has extensive experience in handling Real Estate Owned (REO) or bank-owned properties.

Dumas ranks in the top 1 percent of all real estate agents nationwide. He is in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and consistently earns the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award, the highest honor bestowed on RE/MAX agents. He is a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and Accredited REO Agent (A-REO), and holds the Five Star Short Sale Certification and Equator Platinum Certification in REO and Short Sale Properties.
