(openPR) - Dresden, 05-04-2011 – The tab bar icon collection made by "iconsBerlin" was revised these days and 51 useful icons were added. In the section "navigation" different icons were added which for instance symbolize functions like changing of settings or updating process. Pictograms like a bell, a wind turbine, scales and also a radioactivity symbol, podcast sign, QR code symbol and many others have been supplemented. During this upgrade a new category named "country" was launched too. “Country” covers 29 different motives, like land markings and continents. In this way the tab bar icon set holds 31 categories, now. The categories do fit to the App Store categories where developers publish their apps – which are for example "education", "finance", "sport", "weather", „social networks “, as well as alphabets, figures and lots more.

The whole collection includes 578 tab bar icons and is available worldwide. All icons support the high resolution of the iPhone 4 retina display. So each tab bar icon appears in a size of 60 x 60 pixels. In addition app developers get all icons in a smaller size that is 30 x 30 pixels which are used on iPhone 3 apps and on the iPad.
