(Oaks, Penn.)—For the second year in a row, CertaPro Painters, North America’s largest painting contracting company, has been awarded the Gold Medal for franchisee satisfaction in their category at the Canadian Franchise Association’s (CFA) national conference held last weekend in Niagara Falls, Ontario. As part of the CFA’s Award of Excellence in Franchising program, CertaPro was also bestowed with the prestigious award of Best Overall Franchise for 2011.

The CFA Award of Excellence in Franchising program recognizes achievement in franchise operations and honors the relationship between a franchise system and its franchisees. In Canada, this awards program is the highest recognition a franchisor can receive from the CFA. Competing for the winning title begins through a process that evaluates franchisee relations, team work and communication. The winning systems are then awarded based on results from franchisee surveys detailing their experiences and relationships with the franchisor.
