Javier has more than 15 years of experience in the CPG and Manufacturing industries, leading the implementation of SAP in those fields. Moreover, he has executed a wide range of business consulting tasks, efficiency and effectiveness studies, outsourcing studies, Customer Service Management and Development methods, as well as Relationship Management Solutions.

Previously, he performed as Director at Neoris, being responsible for the Northern Mexico's unit in the Consulting and Outsourcing areas.

"Many motives were taken into consideration in order to make a decision; the challenge of consolidating Grupo ASSA's presence in Mexico, being part of its big human talent, the support it received from very important investor groups and the support of the Directors and stakeholders to achieve this challenges", said Javier Ramírez.

The new Senior Director will be responsible for developing new businesses in consulting services; he will be focused on reaching the attraction of new talents and the customer database growth in Mexico DF and Northern Mexico.

Javier Ramírez (41) is a Systems Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Mexico).
